We are here to help translation agencies eliminate the gap between always busy project managers and the highly sophisticated work of DTP experts. We offer efficient services at competitive prices: 

  • High-quality HUMAN conversion of PDF files to Word format suitable for translation using Trados and other MT tools. We handle both electronic and scanned PDFs (OCR). No more endless text blocks and section breaks or paragraphs split into parts that prevent correct and efficient use of TM-based tools.
  • Rework of source Word files for CAT tool use. Manual conversion of non-editable pictures into text boxes.
  • Localization of non-editable and bitmap graphics in Word, PowerPoint, etc. Complete rework in Photoshop + Illustrator based on translation provided.
  • AutoCAD drawing localization. We can handle .dwg, .dxf and even .pdf.

Tables / layout

Complicated tables to reduce post-processing after translation using CAT tools. No more improperly segmented texts and unnecessary spaces, hard returns and tabs generated by PDF>Word autoconversion.

Preparing source files to get bilingual target files after CAT tool (Studio or any other)

MS Word with hidden text. Just translate the document with SDL Studio, save target file and unhide second language.

Text boxes

Text boxes to cover non-editable text. Especially useful to prepare Word or PowerPoint file prior to translation into several languages. Generously sized boxes to incorporate target language text and minimize post-translaiton adjustments. Proper segmentation for CAT-tools: no more struggling with incorrectly split Translation Units.
